Our internal research in Virginia suggests not. Still, this article in February’s Virginia Business magazine outlines the activities and opinions of a few of our more adventurous brethren. I spent a lot of time talking with author Doug Childers for what was originally intended to be a sidebar in the December Legal Elite issue. Editor Robert Powell expanded it to a feature and decided the piece needed to include a photo.
