One Monument Avenue was a conversion from an historic hospital at Stuart Circle in Richmond to apartments, with the ultimate objective a full condominium conversion after the historic tax credits were fully absorbed. This part of our marketing effort concentrated on a public website where all information on the residences and commercial space could be viewed and appointments set for meeting with the sales staff.
